Deep-fried and layered with Monterey jack cheese, bleu cheese, and 
a roasted red pepper sauce. $9.

Pulled Pork Nacho
Corn chips topped with pulled pork, BBQ sauce, jack cheese, onions, tomatoes, and sour cream. $11.

Steamed Black Mussels
A pound of black mussels simmered in your choice of sauce, served with French bread. $12.

Voodoo Shrimp Kebobs
Five jumbo shrimp glazed with BBQ sauce and char-grilled,

Four deep fried spring rolls served with peanut sauce. $10.

Crispy Mediterranean Whole Wheat Flat Bread
This flat bread is grilled and topped with: Sun-dried tomato pesto, black olives,
artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and Monterey jack cheese. $8.

Giant Ravioli Florentine with Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
Giant ravioli stuffed with: spinach, garlic, ricotta, and parmesan cheese, tossed in a 
sun-dried tomato pesto sauce, then topped with parmesan cheese and parsley. $16.

Greek Spanakopita with Potatoes Calabrese
Spinach and feta cheese wrapped in phyllo pastry and baked, served with a caper
beurre blanc butter sauce and Calabrese potatoes (which are crispy chunks of
Yukon Gold potatoes, fished with olive oil and fresh rosemary:
a traditional Southern Italian condiment). $16.

Hand Cut Coffee Crusted Ribeye Steak with Gorgonzola Cheese
14 oz. cut ribeye steak is coffee crusted, char-grilled, then topped
with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and served with sweet patato fries. $25.

Cajun Sausage Crawfish Etouffee
The term “etouffee” means “smothered”. This dish combines Cajun sausage, crawfish tails,
onions, peppers, celery, tomatoes, and garlic all simmered in a rich sauce,
served with basmati rice. $19.

Chargrilled Sesame Ginger Glazed Salmon
A grilled Chilean Salmon fillet glazed with toasted sesame ginger sauce,
served with basmati rice, and garnished with fried tortilla strips. $15.

Thai Chicken Coconut Curry Stew
Chucks of chicken breast, potato, onions, peppers, and mushrooms
simmered in a spicy coconut curry sauce, served with basmati rice. $13.

Fettuccini Puttanesca
We combine: onions, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, capers, tomatoes, garlic,
white wine, and red sauce, tossed with fettuccini and served with French bread. $13.

Gyros Platter
Authentic shaved gyros meat, served with tomato, onion, kakamata olives,
cucumber sauce, pita bread wedges, and a pickle. $10.

It’s a BLT with more: sliced roasted turkey, Monterey jack cheese,
and mayo served on grilled Texas toast. $8.

Tuscan Grilled Chicken & Proscuitto on Focaccia Bread
Grilled chicken breast topped with prosciutto ham, provolone cheese, and an Italian veggie relish,
served on sun-dried tomato and basil focaccia bread. $8.

Cuban Smoked Pork Ciabatta
A combination of smoked pork, Genoa salami, provolone cheese,
and mayo on a grilled ciabatta bun. $8.

Grilled Buffalo Chicken Sandwich Wrap
Sliced grilled chicken breast in our spicy buffalo wing sauce, lettuce, tomato, and homemade bleu
cheese dressing wrapped in a whole wheat flat bread. $8.
